Founder Profile
Sumanth Reddy Arani .
A real estate professional with over 18 years of extensive experience in the Real estate Industry who drives out a vision and roadmap for Urban Assets. He specializes in value driven opportunities with expertise in structured and alternative real estate Investments. He has a unique calibre of establishing a culture where individual and team focus on their contributions to the broader organisational goals.
He graduated from SV University with a degree in commerce and completed the Post Graduate program in Business Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
Having started his career as an independent real estate advisor in 2000, he founded Urban Assets with an objective to support and guide real estate investors take the right decisions in the changing real estate market.
His passion is to create and build organisations that bring in significant difference and add value to markets and its stake holders. He served as the President of Hyderabad Realtors Association for two Consecutive terms and is currently the President of National Association of Realtors India and also the Honorary Secretary for Federation of Small & Medium Enterprises of India.
